Prices: All of the prices listed on this website are already shown at 15% off of the MSRP. However, due to a recent change by the manufacturer, the cost given for new Arctic Cat engines is not accurate. If you purchase an engine through our website, one of our Internet Sales Representatives will call to inform you of the correct price and verify your order. 

Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, click on the item you would like to purchase and place it in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order. We accept most major credit card payment in the United States.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, standard mail or over the Internet.
If you are shopping from outside the United States, place your order and please click on Payment method and choose Paypal Express Checkout they will convert the transaction to US Dollars as well as your own currency.

Batteries: Please note that most batteries do not come with acid. To get your battery filled go to a local auto parts store.

Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed same business day if received during normal business hours. Orders placed overnight, on weekends or holidays will be processed during the next normal business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders that are in stock to be processed and shipped from our location. Back ordered and special ordered items may increase this time (See Parts Availability/Backords Section). For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Parts Availability/Back Orders: All parts numbers on our site are not necessarily in stock at our store. Some items have to be ordered. This may take from 2 - 7 or more business days to arrive at our store. As soon as they arrive, they will be shipped out to you. Back ordered/sold out items may delay delivery. You will be contacted if this situation should occur. Prices of all parts are subject to change without notice. If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will be notified via email in 1-3 business days if your item is back ordered/sold out. You will have the option to cancel your order at that time if you do not wish to wait.

Superseded/Replaced by Numbers: In some cases a part may be replaced or superseded to a new or updated part number. In many of these cases part prices do change from what you see when you placed your order and are changed without notice.

Cancelled Orders: If you cancel an order after it has been placed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee even though you did not get the parts. This is in effect immediately after you click the submit button!! Make sure you want the parts before you order them! This does not apply to cancelled backordered items as long as they have not been shipped from our supplier to us.

Tax Charges: Sales tax will be applied to all orders placed within the state of MN. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping Info: Shipping charges are additional charges that are not included in the product price and are calculated only for the lower 48 states of the U.S.! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States will increase the cost. In this situation, the shipping charge quoted during checkout will not be correct. Country Cat makes every effort to make shipping charges accurate upon check out. Shipping charges are typically based on the size and weight of a product. Because of a wide variety of product sizes and weights, these estimated shipping amounts are not always accurate. If needed, the estimated shipping amount will be manually corrected by a Country Cat employee during processing. (See Oversized/Overweight Packages info below.) Minnesota residents are subject to tax on taxable items. Tax may also be adjusted accordingly if totaled incorrectly by one of our employees. If you are picking the order up at our store there will not be any shipping charge added to your order, even though it will show upon checkout.
Shipping Services: Most orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), but in some circumstances we do ship USPS (United States Postal Service, and SpeeDee Delivery (if you are in their delivery area). Special services such as 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day delivery are available upon request for an additional charge. If you would like to request one of these services please call us at 320-351-4481 after you have placed your order. These special services indicate shipping period not processing time, which is usually 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. In order for items to ship the same business day an order is placed, we MUST receive it before 12:00 pm Central Time. All costs, fees, and charges are in U.S. dollar amounts.

Oversized/Overweight Packages: The estimated shipping amount given for oversized and overweight products during your check out process will NOT be correct. Since shipping dimensions on an oversized/overweight item can only be determined during packaging and processing, the shipping cost will be calculated and correctly adjusted by a Country Cat employee prior to being shipped. Following is a list of some examples of APPROXIMATE additional shipping charges for overweight/oversized items; Hoods: $125.00 US dollars each; Sub frames, tunnels, and large ATV fenders: $75.00 US dollars each; smaller ATV fenders: $45.00 US dollars each. Alaska/Hawaii/International Shipping: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International locations is available. We use USPS as our main shipping service for such cases. Oversized and overweight packages will be sent via UPS. We are NOT responsible for duty fees or any other customs fees that may be applied during shipment. The shipping estimate that is given when you enter the check out process WILL NOT be the correct shipping amount. The cost of shipping will be correctly adjusted by one of our employees during processing. Return Policy: There are no returns for Hoods, Chassis, Tunnels, Frames, and Fenders so please take extra care when ordering these items. If returning an item for monetary refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee on all items including clothing unless you have made prior arrangements with one of our Internet Sales Representatives. Restocking fees will not be charged if clothing is exchanged for a different size or substitution. There will be no returns on special orders, electrical parts, or after 30 Days.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
